Has participated in more than 50 international conferences and workshops and has participated to the Scientific Organizing Committees in 8 of them. Has organized the weekly seminar  “Dynamics and Morphology of Galaxies” (Heidelberg 1995-99) and since 2009 organizes the weekly seminar of RCAAM. Has given more than 20 invited talks in conferences and research institutes in Greece and abroad.
